On Codex desktop, return to the chat and open its saved .excalidraw file. Files remain in the workspace where they were created. Keep a backup if you delete or move that workspace.
Use Open in the menu to import a .excalidraw file. Use Download .excalidraw before closing the canvas. This preview does not automatically save browser drawings or sync them between devices.
Download a copy of your unsaved drawing before reloading. A conflict means the file changed while you were drawing; Whiteboard preserves your canvas instead of overwriting the newer file.
